Refund and Cancellation Policy

All plan services will be delivered digitally within 1-7 days from the order date.

We encourage clients to review our Refund Policy. We strive to provide exceptional service and ensure clients receive maximum benefits. While we make refunds for design payments as a courtesy, our internal management holds the right to reject any refund requests.

Our 30-day money-back guarantee covers new purchases, offering refunds if the customer is unsatisfied with our services. Refund processing may take up to 30 working days via credits or direct bank deposit.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For website issues or dissatisfaction, refunds will be processed with client approval. Clients must provide account details and a reason for the refund request.

Refunds or cancellations may apply under the following conditions:

- Non-Delivery of Product: If you don't receive the delivery email due to server or email issues, contact us within 30 days. Claims received after this period will be considered as successful deliveries.

- Download or Unzipping Issues: If you're unable to download or unzip the product, contact our Technical Support within 30 days. After this period, the download is considered successful and no refund will be issued.

- Product Defects: While we thoroughly test all products, if errors occur, notify us within 72 hours. We will resolve the issue or issue a refund. Refusal to grant server access for troubleshooting may affect refund eligibility.

- Product Not as Described: Report discrepancies within 30 days, providing clear evidence that the product differs from the description. Complaints based on unrealistic expectations will not be honored.

- Children's Policy: Our products are only available to individuals 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you are a guardian and discover your child provided personal information, contact us immediately. If we find we’ve collected such data, we will remove it and cancel the order.
